Governing law, severability, disputeresolution and venue

If you close your Acrylic account, wewill mark your account in our database as “Closed,” but will keep certainaccount information, including your request to erase, in our database for aperiod of time as described above.
This is necessary to deter fraud, byensuring that persons who try to commit fraud will not be able to avoiddetection simply by closing their account and opening a new account, and tocomply with Acrylic legal obligations. - i. Acceso y portabilidad

Esta información se proporcionará sin demora indebida, sujeto a una posible tarifa asociada con la recopilación de la información (según lo permita la ley), a menos que dicha provisión afecte adversamente los derechos y libertades de otros. En ciertas circunstancias, puede solicitar recibir su información personal en un formato estructurado, de uso común y legible por máquina, y que transfiramos su información personal directamente a otro controlador de datos.
- ii. Rectificación de información personal incompleta o inexacta
Puede solicitarnos que rectifiquemos o actualicemos cualquier información personal suya que tenga Acrylic que sea inexacta. Puede hacer esto en cualquier momento iniciando sesión en su cuenta y haciendo clic en el perfil.
- iii. Borrado
Puede solicitarnos que borremos su información personal, sujeto a la ley aplicable. Si cierra su cuenta de Acrylic, marcaremos su cuenta en nuestra base de datos como "Cerrada", pero mantendremos cierta información de la cuenta, incluida su solicitud de borrado, en nuestra base de datos durante un período de tiempo como se describe anteriormente.
